If you need to send us the log files of TraderAgent, please follow this instructions:


Simple solution:

  1. Open 'Experts" tab in MT4

  2. Select and right click on a row.



  3. Click "Open" in context menu.



  4. Select the relevant log files and attached to an email message or FreshDesk ticket.



Alternative solution:

  1. in MT4 click on "File" -> "Open Data folder" menu



  2. It will open an Windows Explorer window where you will find an "MQL4" folder. Open it.



  3. After it open the "Logs" folder.



  4. Select the relevant log files and attached to an email message or FreshDesk ticket.
