If you need to send us the log files of TraderAgent, please follow this instructions:
Simple solution:
- Open 'Experts" tab in MT4
- Select and right click on a row.
- Click "Open" in context menu.

Select the relevant log files and attached to an email message or FreshDesk ticket.
Alternative solution:
- in MT4 click on "File" -> "Open Data folder" menu
- It will open an Windows Explorer window where you will find an "MQL4" folder. Open it.
- After it open the "Logs" folder.
